Important Information About Your Browser

Starting on Thursday, October 23, 2014, we will implement changes to further protect your online payments. You may need to take one of the following actions before you can use these online services:

  • If you have an older version of a browser other than Internet Explorer, such as Firefox or Chrome, please update it to the current version.
  • If you have Internet Explorer (IE) but don't know the version, click 'Help,' then click 'About Internet Explorer.'
  • If you have IE 9.0 or higher, no action is needed.
  • If you have IE 8.0 or below, you may update it to 9.0 or above. If you prefer not to update, you must change the settings as follows:
      1. Click the Tools menu on the upper right of your screen (or Alt+X).
      2. Click 'Internet Options.'
      3. Click the Advanced tab on the right.
      4. Scroll down to the Security category.
      5. Under Security, uncheck 'Use SSL 3.0' AND check one of the following: 'Use TLS 1.0' or 'Use TLS 1.1' or 'Use TLS 1.2'
      6. Click OK.
      7. Close your browser.
      8. Restart your computer.


To use these services, you must already hold or have applied for a Delaware professional license. If you have not applied for a Delaware professional license, please go to your profession’s web site to find out how to apply.
